Refund Policy

VINClarity reports are digital products delivered instantly. Because the data is generated and delivered the moment you pay, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied.
We will issue a refund if:
- A technical error prevented your report from being delivered, and we could not resolve it;
- You were charged more than once for the same report;
- The report returned no data for a valid VIN (in which case we refund or re-run at no charge).
We generally cannot refund if:
- You entered an incorrect VIN;
- You are dissatisfied with the contents of an accurately delivered report (data availability varies by vehicle);
- You expected accident, title or odometer history — our standard report covers specifications, safety recalls and market value only, as described before purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@vinclarity.example within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We respond within 1–2 business days.
